those would be parts for wind turbines, I have shot similar loads on CSX, including some flats which were carrying the propeller blades.

I google'd Gamesa Eolica and they produce wind turbines. So the other guys that commented were on the money. It seems there have been a lot of wind turbine going up all over the states.
