Nice shot, EMD designation for these units are SD70MAC-T1 for unit numbers 4701-4830, they are also the first production model "Heavy" SD70MAC with an extra 20,000lbs of weight added within the frame rails.

It's amazing how far locomotives have grown in 30yrs.I would say the xtra pounds added would help with today's dynamic braking systems.
