I'd bet my paycheck that the CR unit is one that the EL had while it was under NW ownership and the lease was help by the NW as the parent company. I remember seeing 3 or 4 or the SDP-45s in Decatur, IL behind the Wabash shops in the Mid 80s when I was a kid.
