This is an outstanding "grab" shot. You cannot get an honest look like that from a pose.

That is "now-retired" conductor Mike Kemp. Mike is a former BN man who came to Amtrak in 1987 and became a wonderful passenger conductor. Nice shot of a nice man and good employee.
