This brings back memories of standing quarterdeck watches on a Navy destroyer at the Des-Sub piers in Norfolk and watching the barge go by in '70 and '71. Occasionally a GE centercab locomotive would be on the barge with the cars. Thanks for sharing this. Tim Kerwin
