A quite death??? Theres much older engines then the AC60's fleet that shall die earlier the these proud machines. I.E. SD90MAC

Quite a fall, no doubt... but still a better fate than that of the UP's SD90MAC-H2's, reduced to patched rent-a-wrecks.

I would not write off the advantages of the AC6000CW just yet Patrick. Keep in mind that they are the only production model locomotives that have a near spotless performance and safety record on all roads that operate them. They still have a very long and prosperous life to live.
