Looks like a GP40X with the SD45 style flared grilles.

Its a GP40X but CP must have rebuilt it to GP38-2 standards which is what all the other shots of it list it as, great catch though GP40X's rebuilt or not are very rare.

The unit is former UP GP40X 91, it was renumbered to UP 9001 in 1985, then to UP 955 in 1989. It was retired wearing that number on May 25, 2001. In March of 2002 it was sold to NRE and was rebuilt by NRE at Mount Vernon, IL in May 2005 to GP38-2 standards and then purvayed to CP in June 2005. It also had it's HT-B high adhesion trucks replaced with standard Bloomberg M trucks.
