NS engineers do run with the headlight on high unless they are meeting a train!The ditchlights shouldnt have been too hard to find as the control forthem is near the headlight.Maybe he didnt want the ditchlights at the time, i dont know.Anyway nice shot of the detour train.

Oh, he wanted the ditchlights on. After getting on board they messed around for five minutes trying to get them on, even took the conductor two trips out the front door to see what was going on with the lights before they finally gave up. Nice shot Jimbo!
