Man, do they need to modernize!!. Dispatcher handing up orders!. And when Your down there listening to their dispatcher on their road channel, it is so hard to even hear what they are saying. They must use those stationery "burger king" type microphones where the mouthpiece is about 3 feet from the dispatcher him-her self. They are called HEAD SETS people!!!
