The train had hand brakes on and tested. The APU that shutdowns down and restarts the engine did only half it's job. By shutting down the engine and not restarting it. Why? You might ask. Is because the company has not figured out how to work the lay shaft on restart and since the apu does not know when to stop trying to restart it tears up the starters. So the company disables the restart feature. So when it shuts down you've down what? Bottled the air and then the brakes leak off and about 24 hours later this is the result of the NEW and Wonderful APU system. Thank you
