Excellent shot, Dustin! Been there many times as I used to live in the area. I've been noticing several shots of coal trains in the Bristol/Abingdon area and up and down that line, from you and other area photographers. I don't recall ever seeing coal the whole time I lived there, except for detours. Do you know why the sudden surge in coal traffic? I assume they are going to Bulls Gap, then back north via the Natural Tunnel route.
