It's a shame that almost all those engines are BN SD40-2's.

I do believe that is a surge fleet as mentioned in a previous photo.

I sure do like the way the light catches the new reflective strips on the locomotives and railcars but sad to see them on BNSF locomotives sitting and collecting dust.
