Why does the CP have to test the new BNSF units? Why can't the BNSF test them theirselves?

CP leased 2 SD70ACe's from BNSF for testing as CP is looking at purchasing EMD units again.

Really, I figured CP was going GE all the way. At least thats how its seemed lately.

I've always thought the SD70ACe would look good in CP Red; nice to know it may become a reality.
