Wow, low-level platforms in Trenton! The K-4s Pacific was probably for the Nellie Bly, or similar train, in PRR's Trenton to Atlantic City, NJ service. This route is now used by NJTransit, which runs articulated, low-floor, diesel light trains from a station across the street from Amtrak's own, to Camden, NJ, across the Delaware River from Philadelphia.

What an amazing photo! Thanks for the peak back in time! Being from NJ and having spent countless hours watching trains between Trenton and NYC, this photo gives me a great view of how things were long before my time. Thanks!
