I'm trying to think where this picture was taken I only know of a place where the double track NS goes under I-40 in Greensboro? I know it was hot out there cuz its 100 here in Raleigh:).

This is shot at the overpass for the newly opened segment of I-40. There is a flat where the track used to run before the new highway construction began that has a gravel service road going to it that the construction vehicles used when NS moved the track over.
