Now that is a type of shot you don't see here every day. Thanks for posting!
Wow, that is one hot shot!
This one's going to get some views!
Welcome to RP.net Steve, nice debut!
Is that any way to treat a Rio Grande GP40? Nice dramatic shot and very well done!
Now we know why it was called a Firebird.

Nice, what movie was that?
Great shot SC57.
Uh oh...we are all in trouble now, the bar for photography has been raised several notches with Steve posting to the data base
Coolest shot ever.PCA
Man this shot is hotter, than any other shot with a female in it. True rail action.
Steve is posting here now? Okay... I'm just going to pack my camera up and go home... But that's okay... because the quality of his images, demonstrated by this one is fantastic.

Special shot. I think they were filming lethal weapon 4.
Terrific shot! I really love it.
Nope, it wasn't LW 4. I have other shots from that stunt that I'll post later.

Holy smoke! Nice picture!
Wow!
Excellent shot.
This shot is on fire, literally! Great job, PCA from me!
Crise, man - I didn't expect to see your photos on RP. Your on fire!
Looking forward to more - I expect you'll have your deserved place on the front page.
Oh, and obviously - great shot - just because it happened didn't mean everyone could capture it so well.

I'm quite puzzled as how nobody notice that this was the exact same locomotive in the Fast and the Furious.
This train is so hot, nobody wants to stop her now! Great/Impressive Capture and I sure can't wait until I see her on the big screen. PCA!

Hill 57,
Loco 3134 has done a lot of movie, TV and commercial work over the years. I'd be willing to bet it has more on screen credits than most celebrities in this weeks People Mag.

This reminds me of the Dragonforce song "Through the Fire and Flames". Very nice!
Lord Atmo,
Funny that you should make that comparison, I shot Dragon Force earlier this year in Long Beach for DiMarzio Pick Ups.

Awesome pic! That said I think you may need to fix your comment. That is dash pad/cover of the vehicle, not the firewall. Note the two long vents for the windshield defroster, and the hole on each end for the front dash speakers. Still impressive , but definately not the firewall. Still wouldn't have wanted to be in the car either way.
I do see this shot everyday, as I have a copy of it posted on my cubicle wall! It was used here in Illinois by some right-wingers in a 2006 political brochure asking Illinois voters to derail the "Judy Baar Topinka Trainwreck". I thought the photo was so cool that I clipped out the photo and threw away the brochure. I was very surprised to see it show up on RP.
That is by far the coolest picture I have seen for some time!
Matthew, This is one of my images that is available on Corbis. They never tell me who buys the images, they just send me the check. I'm sure its been used a great number of times for different purposes over the years. I wish you still hand the brochure, I would have loved to have seen it! Steve Crise

How risky is that? Nice shot.
This is from Operation Lifesaver commercial that featured an exploding car!
George, I'm afarid your wrong about this being shot for an operation lifesaver commerical. This stunt was shot for a low budget feature this scene ended up in several different releases in different markets around the world.

Wow, the ironic thing is that I watched this movie the other day!
