This is actually known as Chelsea Milling Company, but most people just call it "Jiffy Mix". I haven't shot anything there since Conrail Days, but the new mural on the grain elevator looks really nice. It was a stark, white building back in 1999.

Chris, no its not made from corn syrup. Its made from corn meal (although that doesn't make it sound much better it really is good, one of my favorites). Fish and chips aren't bad either. Nice photo, John. Thanks for posting.
