I believe that this was the original Tamarack Thunder excursion? The 1003 was scheduled, but wasn't ready I recall. Riding behind the #14 on the TT was a special treat as we have always vacationed near Rhinelander and the D&NM was operated by General Manager, John Millen, my father's great uncle. Millen's business car, the Grand Marias in is St. Paul at the Jackson Roundhouse. We were shocked 5 years ago to discover it has survived after all of these years.
