I had to look a second time to confirm that it is indeed a pace shot. And even with the sun staring into the lens (and at the photographer), the image is clear as a bell Very good job, Travis.

Love this shot, you waited until just the perfect moment to let the shutter close and what a perfect moment it was. The light reflecting in the clouds kind of seems like rainbows. Really impressive. I like the train too, I wish I could have seen it. PCA from me on this one.
