Great picture. Now, if only PRR hadn't given up on the T1's so soon, maybe it would be at the headend:)

There were only two "View"-named cars of this style on the Pennsy, Mountain View and Tower View. They were 1949 Pullman-Standard built Broadway Limited cars, with the blunt-end. Pre-war "View" cars (Skyline-, Washington-, Metropolitan- and Federal View), were built for the 1938 "Fleet of Modernism" version of the Broadway, and Washington-Chicago Liberty Limited. Those were tapered-end observation cars. All "View" observation types featured a 2-master bedrooms with shower, 1-bedroom, buffet-lounge interior. PRR also had 1949 versions of the blunt-end observations, named for past Pennsy presidents, that had 2-drawing rooms, 1-compartment, 1-Bedroom with the buffet-lounge, and five ACF-built full buffet lounges with the same blunt-end appearance.
