I'm glad someone got a picture of this train. I work for the shortline (Northern Lines Railway in Saint Cloud, MN) that loads these ballast trains for BNSF. This particular train visited us four times in about two weeks. Everytime I saw it I was thinking the exact same thing as Chris, demoted from high priority intermodals to work train power...a sign of the times.
