The unitt was EX- NYC/PC/CR GP40 3090, AM 64, Kyle 3117, Amtrak 655, HLCX 655 and finally HLCX 4414.

Amtrak leased 15 GP40's (650-664) from Helm to flesh out motive power consists until the GE Genesis units arrived. The Geeps had HEP pass-through cables, but no HEP generators of their own, so that trailing Bombardier coach has no lights or air-conditioning available. Thanks for the rare shot, Jim.
