Posted by Stu Levene on November 30, 2008  I was on that bridge in September 2002 and it was about 85 degrees and bone dry, so I cannot imagine the scene as you recorded it there. Very difficult conditions that show the extreme nature of the continental climate. Thanks for posting it, Barry.
