So did'ja have a burger at Ole's in Paxton once he was long gone? I really enjoy these Centennial shots you are posting, Barry. That was the midday westbound hotshot parade - OMN, VAN, OMW, ARRO & CLS. I was dispatching in Cheyenne at the time, and recall these babies passing the depot like streetcars. Great images!

Ah, my home town. I was in 6th grade when you shot this photo. Ole was still running the bar at this time. I grew up going there after high school football games. Living on the UP main line was something I took for granted until later in life. I just got back to arizona from the midwest and took alot of shots from Denver to Lincoln that I will post soon.
