John, this is not an abandoned home. Every nite it gives refuge to 20 or more indigent & homeless railfans like myself. Being the resident cook, I can vouch for it !!!

Good shot - but the irony is that I'm pretty sure that this is one of the houses that CSX bought as part of the land purchases for their new intermodal terminal at North Baltimore. It should bring jobs & some economic prosperity to the immediate area over the next few years and also explains why the house was never finished since this will be the future home of a new rail terminal.
