What an impressive shot, among many you've posted. I wonder how these 13K ton trains made out on the 3%, inasmuch as used to split them at Minturn. It must have been some sound - all of that power wide open through the canyons and up the mountain; on jointed rail, no less! Thanks again for the memories and fine photography.
