At this moment, the eastbound train is approching the Fairfield/Suisun Amtrak Station. In the background is the CA Highway 12 overpass which passes over the tracks and part of the station platform as well. Having worked MOW for SP out of Suisun in the past, I recognise the photographer's vantage point as being next to the Suisun district MOW yard.
