That's simple, but nice looking paint scheme. Oh, is that a CNW jeep behind it? I notice the "torpedo tube" air tanks on top, so I am guessing it was used in passenger service at one time.

Looking at this "new" paint scheme. I can't help but think someone with "influence" on the DMVW is a Long Island RR fan. BOTH the colors and their arrangement hark back to the LIRR scheme of the 1960s.
