I was under the impression that all of the former 'high-cab' Kennecott Copper GP39-2s had been modified with a standard cab! This image proves that some remain unmodified. Thanks for sharing.

Anybody else notice the flying "WATER" trailer in the back that still has its wheels attached?

Those flying water trailers aren't uncommon here. How they work is actually rather interesting. You see them, most of the time, around construction works. In any case, the trailers use hydraulics to lower the legs which pass through channels set in the tank itself. This way a company can raise the tank up to gravity feed, and then when it's empty or nearly so, simply lower it down and hook it to a truck to pull off and refill.
