David, I've become a great admirer of the photos you've posted -- good work! One small quibble: while it's true that the train is traveling "westward" momentarily in this view and the mighty Columbia is following its ultimately westward course toward the Pacific ocean, isn't the train actually an "eastbound" move, heading for Quincy and across Washington State toward the Rockies and beyond?
