As far as I know all of the ICGs GP-30s were ex GM&O units and they rode on alco trucks that were salvaged from trade ins and this one has Bloomberg (EMD) trucks on it.

You are correct in that the ICG GP30's came from GM&O and they indeed did have the AAR trucks on them. However, when rebuilt into a slug the trucks were replaced on the 2258. It is ex ICG 2265, nee GMO 515. It is builder number 27919, frame 7635-16, built 4-63. It was rebuilt into a slug by VMV, 7-89.

Just a great picture! The GP-30 looked great in all the colors it wore in its life and still going strong, it is so great to see it still working like new! My favorite locomotive for sure!
