The P and L are testing the 90's to see if they can run on there rails you will probably see more of these around here mean CEFX 134 already has P and L on it

The INRD units are undergoing shakedown runs on the PAL prior to delivery due to quality control problems with the first 6 units overhauled by VMV. The PAL itself has has already had 4 CEFX SD9043MAC's on lease for more than 2 years now.
