As a UK visitor, I had never heard of the "Black Fives" until I booked passage on a London-Canterbury "Cathedral Express" RT in 2006. I was very impressed with this machine and it's nonchalant ability in carrying a rake of carriages at 75 MPH for miles and miles. It was one of the best rides I ever had!
