Little & Large - nice contrast and an impressive (if bleak) backdrop

Perhaps the hills are not made up of the deep green sylvan blanket from other parts of the UK but it looks fantastic from this side of the pond. The grey hills, the black and red locomotives, the disparity of gauges and a sight I have nver seen and hope to makes this photo a winner for me. Thank you Graham for posting.

Hmm, rather nice. It's all the slate tips that I like about Blaenau, especially when the sun's out.
