Perfectly captured! I knew there was a reason I didn't go to the tunnel! I would have come home thinking "hey, I got a tunnel shot." Then I would have seen this and been horribly disappointed with myself.

There is a right time and place for this kind of slow shutter speed shot and you have nailed it.
