In days gone by, chief mechanical officers of the Milwaukee Road, New York Central, or Pennsylvania Railroad would have been satisfied with a locomotive similar to this particular model. Thanks for sharing.

True an articulated electric locomotive is impressive. The ore cars are impressive as well. each car only has two axles and these are very closely coupled, if not simply draw-bared . I will put this photo in my favorites so that I can view it again in August, it chills me just to look at this.
