I have always thought that there was a rule about not stepping or walking on the rails, which could be very slippery. Note that this person is putting his right foot directly onto the rail head. In so doing he qualifies for a higher score on the Darwin scale !

I can see this guy slipping on the rail, smacking his head on the other, and laying unconscious while the engineer wishes he were somewhere else.
