It's double track from Thunder Bay to Mile 55, at Raith. Until the ninties it was double track from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg, now only sections of the double track still exist between the two cities. However there are huge sidings on the line where two trains can easily fit into a siding. A captured an example of this at Savanne, check it out here.
