The location here is in Alexander, at the Spring Road crossing just north (timetable east) of Attica NY near the summit of the Erie's grade up from Buffalo.

Actually ( in case Nick doesn't see this) the location is correct. The 389 signals in Alexander were replaced in '07 and these are the only such standing.
