The same ballast train arrived at Doswell, Va on the BBRR on sunday with two different engines for power. The 519 arrived into Richmond earlier on Sunday on a T670 coal train that was bound for Franklin, Va. It's interesting to see how the power desk in Jacksonville makes assignments.
