Dan, I think this is a westbound crossing the ex-Soo/WC/CN main for which the code line is evident. This train appears to be nearing the old CNW depot, which is now a restaurant. The tracks are ripped up west of here, they used to be the Waukesha-Madison line. The passenger cars still sit at the restaurant site.
