I hope that knuckle was closed BEFORE it came in contact with all of that snow. It's VERY difficult to get the pin to drop with snow inside the coupler. That's why it's common practice to keep the couplers on the locos closed in the winter. BRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
