Posted by Ky.CatFan on January 11, 2010  What a great way to use surplus equipment. These were made from surplus pulpwood cars, by removing the bulkhead ends and adding the equipment that is seen in.this photo. The pulpwood cars were left with no work to do after many paper mills closed.
