The back roads and country terminals of the C&NW have always fascinated me. One of them, Green Bay seemed to have a lot of rail activity in the 70’s and 80’s. I appreciate your shot of an EMD in Baldwin clothing. I believe it was during the time of KATY RR President Dermas (sp) that all Baldwin’s and some ALCOs received EMD prime movers.
