Posted by James C. Smith, Jr. on January 25, 2010  The observation car on this excursion is the former Wabash tail car for the City of Kansas City, a St. Louis-Kansas City streamliner built by ACF. In later years, the car was used on the Chicago-St. Louis Banner Blue.
