You are correct, it is Appleton right off the South Oneida Street Bridge.

Yup, the industrial Appleton Flats district of Appleton. Train is eastbound on the former C&NW Appleton Junction-Manitowoc line (tracks now removed east of Kaukauna). The trestle next to the train is on the abandoned (circa 1980) Milwaukee Road Menasha-Appleton Flats branch.

Actually another bridge entirely once ran across these bridges. Where the little island full of trees is had tracks that served the paper mills on trestles a long time ago now there is no remnants of it. Also the building in the background was the old water treatment plant torn down not too long ago.
