Very nice photo Posted by Rich Brown on February 24, 2010  I was FORTUNATE enough to catch this rare F leading a Massena NY to Syracuse NY (or beyond) train on a similar winter day. I was hoping they would paint more of them, but that was not to be. Whichever shop did the paint work must have been in a real hurry, because (even though you can't tell from this photo) the top of the roof appeared to have been left black.
