It's good to see a shot of one of those Helm Leasing GP40s in action. The otherwise standard freight units had HEP lines added to assist F40s with longer trains, until new GE power on order could be delivered.

Of course at the time, these rare Phase III striped GP40's were all Amtrak-owned prior to being sold off to Helm to become lease units...
