Aaron... I enjoyed your photo and detailed remarks! I find it very interesting that a short line was called to help an Amtrak train on Norfolk Southern track. I'd like to know "the rest of the story" behind this rescue as I can imagine there is much more. If nothing else, it's a fine example of cooperation between Grand Elk and NS. I'm glad you were there to record what may very well be an historic event!
