What a magnificent sight! Here we behold a large, crane equipped shop, filled with locomotives, receiving FRAME-OFF repairs. This view is so rare in the US. (Several operations like this are in the UK) Just think of all those single engine operations that work out of inadequate structures or even no structure at all.
